Fruit Punch (serves 2) - Ensure Plus Juce Orange

Ingredients:

1 pack of Ensure^® Plus juce orange (200ml)

1 lemon, grated and juiced

Strawberries, chopped (57g)

Lemonade (100ml)

Ice

Method:

In a large bowl, mix together Ensure^® Plus juce and lemonade

Add the grated lemon rind and lemon juice

Add the chopped strawberries and ice cubes

Stir gently and serve in a tall glass

Serving suggestions:

Replace Ensure^® Plus juce orange with lemon and lime, apple or pineapple flavours
