Strawberry Surprise (serves 2) - Ensure Plus Yoghurt Style Strawberry Swirl

Ingredients:

2 packs of Ensure^® Plus Yoghurt Style strawberry swirl (440ml)

1 pack of strawberry jelly (135g)

Boiling water (160ml)

Method:

1.       In a medium bowl, dissolve the jelly in boiling water

2.       Allow to cool for 30 minutes until the jelly is slightly set

3.       Add Ensure^® Plus Yoghurt Style and whip for 5-7 minutes until fluffy

4.       Place the mixture in dishes or moulds and chill for approximately 1 hour before serving

Serving suggestions:

Garnish with cream or fruit
