Yoghurt Cooler (serves 2) - Ensure Plus Fibre Vanilla

Ingredients:

1 pack of Ensure^® Plus Fibre vanilla (200ml)

1 fruit yoghurt (125g)

Method:

Blend Ensure^® Plus Fibre and yoghurt together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached

Pour into a tall glass and serve

Serving suggestions:

Freeze and serve as an ice cream

Decorate with chopped fruit or sprinkle with digestive biscuits
